Appreciate the craft but not totally on board with the story. This is a mistake. I knew nothing of Haida Gwaii before seeing it and it is the perfect introduction to the Haida people and their language, which the film is the first ever to be produced completely in, and is at risk of extinction with something like 30 speakers left in the world.

Creativity is a burning passion within, craziness is running after magic fire in the forest in Alaska.
