I don't think the concepts of "mindfulness" and "breathwork" are things that everyone understands, so some of the prompts need more explanation, in my opinion. For some people mindfulness can cause dwelling on intrusive and/or negative thoughts. Now, this is a through-and-through practical book. I was drawn to this book as a means of controlling stress.
