After we ordered the wine, our server brought us a plate of various bite-size appetizers, followed by a basket of freshly baked rolls, four varieties. (all complimentary) Our entrees consisted of Seared Duck, Chicken Breast with Albuféra” sauce and Pheasant Breast. Picard liet acht publicitaire brochures drukken door P. Weissenbruch. Fait Maison is a perfect restaurant for a date night dinner. This was our third visit and we’ve been happy every time! The owners went out of their way to speak with us and in fact to converse with all their guests. Seared scallops! The menu was fantastic and totally reminiscent of a top restaurant devoid of hundreds of choices. This restaurant is famous for offering French cuisine. They are bit pricey as an appetizer (two scallops for $29) but they are delicious!!! So creamy with just a hint of salt.
