It’s a co-op resort belonging to the Escapees RV Club (members get a steep discount) and has been called the most friendly park in the club’s system. The RV park is only 90 minutes from the Carlsbad Caverns National Park and a great midway option for people coming from Lubbock or Odessa, Texas.
